Business profile
Set business name, trade, primary phone, primary email, business hours, and timezone. The trade selection drives the default qualification script and the default service-type list — switching trades after onboarding will not clobber your customizations.
Service area
Choose Zip list or Radius from address. Radius mode draws a great-circle radius and matches every lead's zip centroid against it. Zip list mode matches exactly. Radius is more forgiving; zip list is more precise.
Technicians
Invite technicians from Settings → Team. Each technician has a calendar, an availability template, and a service-type allow-list. Jobs schedule into the technician whose service-type list matches AND whose calendar has the requested slot open.
Tech limits by plan: Starter 1, Pro 3, Rescue Plus 3, Bundle Pro 5. Exceeding the limit blocks new technician invites — existing techs stay active.

The cheapest-start path
If you're trying to spend as little as possible to validate the loop:
- Start on Starter ($99) — gives you lead intake + AI qualify.
- Use the website form embed as your single source — it's free.
- Skip integrations until you've seen 10 real leads come through and reply.
- Upgrade to Pro only after you want AI quotes + SMS automation.
- Bundle into Rescue Plus if you're losing more than 5 calls a week.
- Move to Bundle Pro only if after-hours voice triage is the bottleneck.
Account deletion
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. This soft-deletes your business and revokes all sessions immediately. Data is hard-deleted after 90 days. If you want a copy of your data, run Account → Export first.
