Billing

Plans, bundles, proration, invoices, and the Stripe-hosted customer portal. How to upgrade, downgrade, and cancel.

14-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card required at signup. On day 14, you're prompted to add a card or the account goes into read-only mode. We never auto-charge a card we don't have.

Upgrades & downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period — you keep access to the higher tier until then.

Both flows live in the Stripe-hosted customer portal: Settings → Billing → Manage subscription.

Invoices

Invoices are emailed automatically on each successful charge. The customer portal also shows a downloadable PDF for every past invoice.

Cancellation

Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the current paid period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you come back. After 30 days, leads + customers + jobs are soft-deleted; after 90 days, hard-deleted.

Want a full export first?
Go to Account → Export any time before cancellation to download a CSV of every lead, customer, quote, and job tied to your business. The export is scoped strictly to your tenant — see API Reference for the column shape.
