Summary
- We collect the data required to operate your account: business profile, leads, customers, conversations, quotes, jobs, invoices, and billing identifiers.
- Lead and customer data is stored in Postgres on our Fly cluster in the US, scoped per business by tenant ID.
- We never train models on your customer data. AI processing uses third-party APIs (OpenAI / Azure / Google) under their respective data terms with training opt-out enabled.
- We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.
