1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Contractor,” “you,” or “your”) and J.E. Herizon LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company doing business as JE Horizon (“JE Horizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing cmd.jehorizon.com, or opting in to receive SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Platform Services

JE Horizon provides contractor workflow management, missed-call qualification, lead inbox, appointment scheduling, and automated transactional text notifications. Subscription tiers (Starter $49/mo, Pro $79/mo) and custom packages are billed monthly via Stripe.

3. Transactional SMS Text Messaging Program Terms

JE Horizon operates a transactional SMS program designed to keep contractors instantly notified of customer activity and job requests:

• Program Name: JE Horizon Transactional Alerts.
• Message Types: Real-time new-lead notifications, missed-call alerts, appointment reminders, service updates, and critical account notices.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on inbound customer calls and lead volume. Initial usage is approximately 10 messages per month.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless service plan.
• Voluntary Consent: Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods, software, or services from JE Horizon.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major US networks.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Messaging consent is not sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes. 6. Account Responsibilities & Cancellation

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and providing accurate contact information. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings dashboard; access continues until the end of your prepaid billing period.
