The DPA you sign with JE Horizon LLC when Contractor Command Center processes data on your behalf.

Summary

JE Horizon LLC acts as Data Processor; the contractor business is the Data Controller for its leads and customers.
We process only the data necessary to deliver the contracted SaaS features.
Sub-processors include Stripe (billing), Fly.io (hosting + Postgres), OpenAI / Azure / Google (AI calls), Cloudflare (DNS / Pages), and AWS (toll-free SMS for LeadRescue bundles).
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (Fly disk encryption).
Sub-processor changes will be announced 30 days in advance with the option to terminate.
