The DPA you sign with JE Horizon LLC when JE Horizon processes data on your behalf.

Summary
- JE Horizon LLC acts as Data Processor; the contractor business is the Data Controller for its leads and customers.
- We process only the data necessary to deliver the contracted SaaS features.
- Sub-processors include Stripe (billing), Fly.io (hosting + Postgres), hosted message-generation and speech processors, Cloudflare (DNS / Pages), and AWS (toll-free SMS for JE Horizon).
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (Fly disk encryption).
- Sub-processor changes will be announced 30 days in advance with the option to terminate.
