Quickstart

Provision your tenant, wire up your first lead source, and watch the AI reply land in under 60 seconds.

1. Create your account

Go to /signup and choose a plan. You can sign in with Google or email + one-time code. The first user becomes the business owner and is the only user with billing access until you invite a teammate.

Free for 14 days
No card required. You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. After day 14, the plan you chose at signup becomes active — pricing is shown again on the checkout page so there are no surprises.

2. Tell us about your business

On the onboarding screen, set your business name, trade, service area (zip codes or radius), and quiet hours. The AI uses all three to qualify leads correctly — a 2 AM lead in a zip code you don't serve is auto-deferred, not auto-replied.

3. Wire up your first lead source

You can start with any one of these — pick whichever you already have:

  • Website form — paste the embed snippet from Settings → Integrations → Web form into your site.
  • Missed-call SMS — forward your business number to LeadRescue's relay. See Lead Intake for the exact carrier steps.
  • Email — forward leads from your existing inbox to the unique +leads@ address shown in Integrations.
  • Facebook lead forms — connect via OAuth in Integrations. Pages without admin access cannot be connected (Facebook policy).
  • Google Business Profile messages — connect via OAuth in Integrations.
  • Manual — type a lead in from the Leads tab. Useful for testing or for capturing walk-ins / phone leads.

4. Watch the AI qualify the lead

When the first lead lands, the AI does three things in order:

  1. Parse — extracts customer name, phone, service type, zip, and intent from the raw message.
  2. Qualify — runs your trade's qualification questions and your guardrails (out-of-area, off-hours, blocked service types).
  3. Reply — sends a personalized first response in your tone, asks for the missing fields, and proposes a callback window from your scheduling availability.

Every step is visible in the Lead Detail view. You can edit the auto-reply before it sends, or pause auto-reply per lead source from Settings → AI Rules.

5. Convert the lead into a quote and job

From the Lead Detail screen, hit Draft quote. The AI proposes line items based on the trade and the service type. Edit the line items, set price, and hit Send — the customer gets an SMS + email with a tap-to-accept link. Accepted quotes become Jobs and slot into your schedule automatically.
